My Photoshop is working fine now, but I have installed Windows from scratch and all the software that I use to half solve this issue is ridiculous. I really believe that is some problem with Photoshop, but Adam Jerugim has said nothing about a solution. When I upgraded to 2018 version and I had this problem I unistalled it and installed again 2017 version and the problem persisted on a version that was working fine. I don't believe that the problem is on hard drisk free space, because I'm using two hard drives as scratch for photoshop and both are plenty of free space (one disk has more than 1 TB free).
